1) Bug fix: This is a bug that was introduced in Rev 381.
If you open a model that contains involute gears in iSys,
and subsequently start a PREPROC, STARTANAL, or POSTPROC
operation in Guide or the command line, without
reGENERATEing the model, then it can crash. A work-
around would be to explicitly press the GENERATE button. This
release fixes the problem.

Release Notes:
1) Added capability to display the involute roll angle or
radius when post-processing involute gears in the
CONTACT,PATTERN and SUBSURFACE menu. In the pattern menu,
turn the GRID checkbox on, and set the SURFPARAMTYPE to INVOLUTE
or CYLINDRICAL.
2) Allow the connector axis and member (rotor/housing) axis to
be opposite in orientation for rolling element bearings.
Previously this condition was not allowed.
3) Removed the lower limit of 0.0 on a hypoid cutter’s
flankrem angle.
4) Fixed the treatment of Flankrem in the hypoid cutters. A bug
was causing the mesh generator to crash when flankrem was used.
5) Relaxed the constraint on RATIOROLL that it should be larger than
1.0. Now it only needs to be positive and non-zero.
6) Changed the default value of USENEWCUTTER rom FALSE to TRUE,
when reading an SPA file. Previously USENEWCUTTER needed to be
set manually after loading the SPA file.
7) Modified the kip file reader so that it sets the value
of the root cone apex to zero if its value is not found
in the kip file.
8) Corrected the signs of helical motion constants read in from a
kip file, when used for a left-handed face-hobbed gear. The signs were
already correct for a right-handed face-hobbed gear, for
a face-milled gear, and also the left/right-handed face-milled/hobbed
pinions.
9) Fixed the case when the numbers R[1]–R[4] and Z[1]–Z[4]are not present a kip file being loaded. Now sensible defaults are
calculated for the missing data.
10) Changed the kip file reader so that it allows for a zero valued
cutter rake angle.
11) Fixed the geometric search for nodes on the BackInterface and
FrontInterface of face-milled and face-hobbed gears. The old
tolerance was dimensionally incorrect, and too small.
12) Increased the maximum allowed face cone angle from 90 degrees
to 180 degrees.
13) Bug fix: When a face milled hypoid mesh has a cylindrical
Base surface, and either the FrontInterface or BackInterface
enabled, it was generating an unnecessary error message and quitting.
14) Added a new checkbox FLIP_REFERENCE_MEMBER to flip
the reference member for contact resolution in
SUN_RING, SUN_PINION and RING_PINION pairs. This allows you choose the
member with the smaller face-width to be the reference member.
This checkbox is only visible in the iSys Native Data menu. It
is not yet visible in the custome menu. By default it is turned OFF,
in which case the first member of the surface pair becomes the reference
member.
15) Added Length and Force Scaling for imported Housings, Carriers and Shafts.
The FORCE_SCALE_FACTOR and LENGTH_SCALE_FACTOR inputs can be seen in the
Native Data menus. They are set to 1.0 by default.
16) When using carrier-carrier surface pairs, if the carriers use sectoral
symmetry, then only the first sector finds candidate points correctly. This
is because the uvwXfm variable passed on to the
Define_Surface_Pairs function only works for the first sector.
Now we allow the Define_Surface_Pairs()
function to receive an array with multiple uvwXfm
matrices, one for each sector.
Only the a surface pair of type UnstructuredContact has
been upgraded to the new functionality. In Transmission3D,
only the CARRIER-CARRIER pair has been modified.
17) When a carrier uses SectoralSymmetry, all nodes on the
sector start/end boundary are collapsed together if
they are at the same location, regardless of whether
the user wants this to happen. With this change, nodes are kept
separated even if they are at the same location, as long as
they are sourced from different bdf/inp files, or if they
are sourced from different nodesets. Now the user has
two mechanisms to keep them separate: either keep them
in separate files, or assign different nodesets to them.
This feature has been tested with different files. We still need
to test them with different node sets.
18) Bug fix: Multiple row roller bearings were not displayed in iSys.
19) iSys (on all builds) was not displaying rolling element
bearings in 3D when the language settings were such that the
decimal separator was a comma instead of a decimal.
20) Bug Fix: On Windows machines where the language is set to Swedish,
the .Net6 build of iSys was crashing when an involute Tooth menu
was displayed.
21) In vGlass, when the faces of a model are made invisible, vGlass will
simultaneously make the edges invisible if they were previously visible.
Otherwise a wireframe of the model would be seen, which is usually not the
desired outcome.
22) The old RHEL6.4 and SLES11.2 Linux builds have been removed.
23) The old (.Net 4.5, VS 2019 based) builds for Windows Transmission3D
have been removed.
24) Updated the Examples manual.
