1) Added two new contact pair types, SUNTIP_ROTORSHAFT and
RINGTIP_ROTORSHAFT. These should be used with the MEDIUMTIP.TPL or
the new FINEROOTTIP.TPL templates. With
this new contact pair, you can enforce
a conformal contact betwee the tip of a Sun tooth and the ID of a
rotor shaft segment, or between the tip of a Ring tooth and the OD
of a rotor shaft segment. Also added two sample session files in
SAMPLES/TipContact
2) Added a warning message when a constraint is applied to
the inner diameter of the shaft segment, and the inner
diameter is less than 20 percent of the outer diameter.
Constraining a very small inner diameter is a common
beginner mistake.
3) Added warning messages for undefined shaft diameters.
Previously it would crash with no message.
4) Removed the Fedora10 and RHEL5.8 Linux builds.
